Coby Portales goes from 871 to 1412 in 1 year

COBY PORTALES has reach a USCF Rating of 1412.....

Last year, November 19, 2011 at the Rancho Verde
Elementary Chess Tournament Coby's rating was 871
and we were at our first chess tournament as coach
and student....one year later, November 17, 2012 we

were back at the Rancho Verde Elementary Chess 
Tournament. He was undefeated and earn his latest 
official USCF rating of 1412.
He has earned 541 rating points in one year. 
Coby, you are an awesome chess student and 
a role model for other scholastic chess players. 
It is an HONOR to coach you.... 
I am very PROUD of you. Onward to 1600's Coby!!!
