Felix Saldivar ~ K-1 Champion



Felix Saldivar wins top honors at this year's
Regionals at San Benito, Texas. Felix is a first
grader at Hudson Elementary.
He won his first 6 chess matches and drew

the 7th round with his teammate to share
the Championship. It has been a joy to coach
little Felix. Next stop: State and then Nationals
in Nashville, Tennessee. I am very proud of you
Felix. You're a CHAMPION.

Abeni Nava is the Chess Champion!!!
She played 5 chess matches
at the Lucio MS Chess Tournament in the K-3 section.
Abeni won every match. Today, no one could win against her!!
She was the Co - Champion and took home the TROPHY.
 I am so proud of you Abeni. You are a CHAMPION!!!!

Royal Knights create a Winning Team

The Royal Knights' Stillman Chess Team 
took the 3rd place Trophy in the K-12 Under 1300 section 
at the Garcia Chess Tournament. 
They played strong and created some amazing checkmates.
