Felix Saldivar wins top honors at this year's
Regionals at San Benito, Texas. Felix is a first grader at Hudson Elementary. He won his first 6 chess matches and drew
the 7th round with his teammate to share
the Championship. It has been a joy to coach little Felix. Next stop: State and then Nationals in Nashville, Tennessee. I am very proud of you Felix. You're a CHAMPION.
